KWerner Colour challenge #51

This is my attempt at Kristina's next challenge, it's actually my 2nd one, but I was not happy with the first even though it took a whole day!! I cut the shaped card on my Robo using Kristina's digital cutting file, and the gorgeous butterfly in various sizes. I then cut 3 more butterflies in whisper white and embossed them on my Sizzix. I hopped onto Photoshop and using KWerner's card and sentiment brushes I printed off the Thank you 'stamp'. I stuck the coloured B'flies on top of the white ones and adhered them to a mat of Basic grey perhaps paper, whisper white and mustard cardstock.

Just a close up of the brush and Butterfly layering. Although I have not added any other colour, the paper I have used is quite tonal, I'm really pleased with this one.

  1. The butterfly 3d element is so pretty. I must say I'm a bit jealous of your digi cutter too. Will put it on my 'wish list'.

  3. I can't take my eyes of those butterflies! :-) Lovely! So, where do you have the butterfly file from? I can hardly find an outlined butterfly shape, without intricate cuts...Thanks!
