The first class was at 9.30 on friday evening, with Lorraine, called Pennant Pizzazz, and this is my effort.
This class was lovely, making Pennants rather than bunting which is quite trendy at the moment.
We did doodling, embossing and lots of layering, loved it!
The next class at 10 on saturday morning was with Sam Ball ( i have a lady crush!)
called 'Homewood Bound' using wood veneers to make cute little houses.
There was free hand doodling and loads of cutting out.
I love the egg hunt pictures and am very chuffed with my title!
Another Sam Ball (I am not worthy!) class at 2.15 called
Artisan moments.
An intricate class with gold leafing, which was so much fun. Am definately going to do it again.
At 4.15 on Saturday afternoon we had a class with the Fabalus (in a welsh accent!)
Helen Miles, this girl cracks me up! We used wood veneer again with shimmerz paint. This was a nice quick class, and we all went for a lie down after ( not together I might add).
At 9 pm saturday evening, another 'cracking' class by Helen Miles called Dainty doilies.
This involved masking with paint, lots of cutting and folding and the most raucous laughter ever
when the conversation got very blue!! Can't divulge too much, but tea bags were mentioned!!
Another of Helen's classes on Sunday morning at 10 called Accesorise.
I love the freshness of this layout, it's so bright and vibrant. We made our own embellishments
using tiny bottle caps and paper clips, so much fun.
Sunday afternoon and our last class, sob, sob, with Sam Ball, Yay!!
Called Modern Twist
This was a scream as she had us making Origami flowers, most of which almost got thrown on the floor in frustration!! Quite an art to master, but I've been practising and have almost got the knack!
An absolutely brilliant weekend, met some gorgeous women, had so many laughs and learned loads.
Thanks to the Fab GoGo girls I have found my mojo again, watch this space! C x
